Merchandise pickup: All furniture items are available for pick up from our warehouse at 58 Conduit St. Pickup hours are: Monday,Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10:30-4:30, Sunday 12:30-4:30.
We provide assistance with loading at no charge.
Delivery: This service provides transportation of your order to one residential location. Our workers will uncrate and carry all items to the location of your choice provided there is clear access through stairways, elevators, hallways and doors. After delivery is completed, empty cartons will be removed upon request. Baby Boudoir will assume responsibility for any damage caused by our delivery personnel during the delivery process.
Set up/assembly: All items are fully assembled to manufacturers specifications. All mechanical operations are checked and lubrication is applied as necessary. Any debris caused by the un-crating and assembly process with be removed. Customer will be briefed on product operation, and all questions relating to product operation will be answered.
Layaway: A deposit will hold your purchase for up to 6 months with no service charges.
